CDI - IT&Data Product Owner - Acquire to Retire & Finance Master Data Squad (H/F)

The IT&DATA department, based in Rueil-Malmaison (92), is looking for a Product Owner - Acquire to Retire & Finance Master Data (M/F) for a permanent position (CDD) starting as soon as possible. As part of the IT&DATA Finance Accounting organization, you will lead the squad in delivering continuous improvements, driving the roadmap and supporting global Finance processes through standardized, IFRS16-compliant solutions and robust Finance Master Data foundations.

Main role

Acquire to Retire Product

• Own the end-to-end vision and roadmap for CAPEX, lease accounting and asset management in alignment with business goals
• Standardise and harmonise A2R processes across regions and systems
• Improve automation, compliance (IFRS) and operational consistency

Finance Master Data Scope

• Own Finance master data governance & processes in alignment with DBS MDM business stakeholders
• Ensure global standards, data quality, controls and alignment with the Finance Core Model
• Lead simplification, improvement and harmonisation initiatives

Shared Objectives for the Squad

• Maintain an integrated, value-driven backlog reflecting business priorities
• Influence business and IT stakeholders toward standardised and scalable solutions
• Ensure system integration across SAP, Nakisa, New CAR, ServiceNow and PowerApps
• Drive continuous improvement using discovery practices, metrics and feedback loops
• Contribute to Finance Accounting product maturity, acting as a model for cross-functional collaboration and outcome-based delivery
• Act as a central orchestrator between IT&DATA, business stakeholders (Finance, DBS R2R, DBS MDM, Corporate Finance, Opps, QFS and R&I…) to ensure seamless, reliable and scalable solutions

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, Do you have a Master's degree?, The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

• 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role in finance tech-enables environments

• Strong ability to operate independently and influence without hierarchical authority

• Experience in agile delivery, backlog management, stakeholder collaboration and product discovery

• Solid understanding of A2R processes (CAPEX, assets, leases) and Finance Master Data

• Exposure to SAP-led implementation and experience with SAP FI-AA/IM, Finance Master Data

• Excellent communicator, able to translate between business and tech and build trust across functions

• Comfortable working in global organisations with remote teams, multiple time zones and complex stakeholder landscapes

• Change-driven and resilient, able to push forward in complex IT environments

• A collaborative, ownership-driven attitude- willing to go beyond the expected to drive success

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required as English is the working language across teams, vendors and stakeholders
