Job description

Days of working: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Remote, * Coordinate the full lifecycle of reactive maintenance tasks and installations, including logging requests, assigning work to internal or external teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.

  • Prioritise maintenance activities based on urgency and operational impact, ensuring adherence to all service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of task progress, outcomes, and resolutions within relevant systems.

  • Manage and close planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks in accordance with scheduled maintenance plans.

  • Liaise with service providers to confirm work completion, verify quality, and address any issues.

  • Manage document control and maintenance databases to ensure information is accurate, compliant, and easily accessible.

·Use procurement systems to raise purchase orders, track approval workflows, and manage the end-to-end transaction process.

  • Collaborate with finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely processing of payments

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
  • Experience with procurement and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, or similar)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
