Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Is enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn and progress in IT
- Has knowledge of Windows 10/11 and common desktop hardware (laptops, PCs, printers)
- Has exposure to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) or a willingness to learn
- Understands IT fundamentals such as user accounts, passwords, and permissions
- Delivers excellent customer service and communicates effectively
- Takes a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues
- Is able to follow processes, document work, and update tickets clearly
- Can manage time and priorities in a busy support environment
- Maintains a positive attitude and stays calm when supporting non-technical users
