Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office - to assist others and troubleshoot

Mobile device setups, migrations to new handsets etc.

Active directory / Entra and Microsoft exchange administration (Microsoft 365)

PC Migrations - migrating user data to new machines etc.
Desirable Skills:

Familiarity and troubleshooting of Apple Macs

Basic Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, IP subnetting etc).

Good experience of 365 / Intune / Conditional access
-
Mimecast / email filtering / SPF working knowledge
