We're looking for a high-impact marketing athlete, someone who blends digital mastery, campaign strategy, and relentless curiosity to push boundaries and redefine what great marketing looks like at SD Worx.
In this hybrid role, you will own both always-on digital performance and full-funnel campaign orchestration.
You will bring fresh ideas, experiment boldly, and proactively identify opportunities that others don't see.
You will collaborate closely with content, brand, sales, and digital specialists to deliver initiatives that accelerate growth, generate demand, and elevate our brand across markets.
Which tasks can you expect?
- CAMPAIGN STRATEGY & FIELD MARKETING
- Plan, design, and execute high-impact campaigns and field marketing activities.
- Collaborate with brand and content teams.
- Ensure consistent alignment and communication with Sales and other stakeholders.
- Select the ideal media mix.
- DIGITAL MARKETING & PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION
- Manage and optimize always-on digital channels including SEO/AI search, paid advertising, CRO, websites, and automation.
- Set up, implement, and improve digital campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs and derive insights.
- Stay ahead of digital trends.
- MARTECH OWNERSHIP & CHANNEL EXECUTION
- Salesforce CRM: campaign setup, reporting, funnel alignment.
- Pardot/MCAE: nurture flows, scoring, automation.
- Google Ads: search, PMax, remarketing.
- LinkedIn Ads: full-funnel programs and ABM.
- Maintain attribution, tracking, dashboards.
- INNOVATION, EXPERIMENTATION & GROWTH MINDSET
- Run continuous A/B tests. Propose unconventional ideas. Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement.
- AI proactivity: being up to date with new tools and ways of working for marketing campaigns and digital actions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SEO?, * Experience in digital and campaign/field marketing 5+ years
- Expertise with Salesforce, Pardot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong skills in SEO, paid media, automation, CRO.
- Ability to deliver full-funnel campaigns.
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
- You are also: proactive and self-starting. Curious and experimental. A go-getter. Strategic + hands-on. Collaborative.
