Job description
- SAP HXM Application Management Services, including change management, implementations and Configurations
- Configure and customize SAP HXM modules to align with client and business needs while optimizing system performance
- Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices - Ensure the system complies with legal, payroll and time, and HR regulations, staying updated on SAP HXM innovations and industry standards
- Support & Services - Provide support, troubleshoot issues and incidents, and work on system enhancements or upgrades
- Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide subject matter expertise on SAP HXM best practices and industry trends
- Provide high-quality support: troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate incident resolution, and work on system enhancements, upgrades, and payroll-relevant innovations
- Participate in or lead workshops, requirement analyses, and fit-gap assessments for ongoing or upcoming customer projects
Requirements
Do you have experience in Business requirements?, * At least 5+ years as a SAP HXM Application Management Services Consultant
- Experience in working with German-speaking clients from DACH
- Fluent English is a must
- Strong communication and customer-management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a structured and understandable way
