Test Analyst

We're working with an established, fast-growing fintech organisation supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs with flexible finance solutions that help businesses grow and thrive., You'll play a key role in shaping testing processes and practices, working alongside another senior tester and the wider development team to ensure high-quality delivery across products and features. You'll be an active voice in the team, helping to evolve how testing is approached while mentoring others and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Owning and coordinating testing across QA phases
• Creating and executing test cases and scripts
• Delivering both manual and automated tests
• Supporting and mentoring team members
• Documenting processes, practices, and decisions
• Reporting on testing progress and quality metrics
• Collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders

• Experience in a Senior Test Analyst role
• Strong manual testing background
• Automation testing experience (Playwright or similar preferred)
• JavaScript application testing experience
• Knowledge of modern testing frameworks and best practices
• Confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams
