Job description

Are you ready to take your information management career to new heights and make a tangible impact at a European leader in Defence and Space? Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a dynamic and innovative Information Manager to join our Space Digital UK business unit and help us manage the flow storage and security of data within Airbus whilst also giving our team access to important information at the touch of a button.

How you will contribute to business operations team

  • Develop and implement information management strategies and policies that enhance business operations and drive digital transformation.
  • Champion secure and efficient information management, ensuring compliance with security, export control, data protection, and digital transformation regulations.
  • Liaise with the Airbus Digital IM Team to develop and implement business tools and systems.
  • Develop and improve procedures, guidelines, and tools to streamline information flows and enhance data accessibility.
  • Support wider Business Operations functions, including risk, compliance, performance, and process management.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance information management.
  • Experience supporting large corporate companies in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Interested in delving into how the current and future usage of AI impacts data accessibility across different parts of Airbus., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
