Job description
We are seeking a Head of Strategic Partners & Ecosystem Growth to lead and expand Ceragon's offering and business in the wireless communications infrastructure market with a focus on the Energy, Defense, Utilities and Smart City sectors. This role combines business development, partners management, and hands-on commercial deals leadership to maximize growth of our end-to-end offering in the different verticals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting and enabling technology partnerships, managing alliances and achieving sales growth. What Will You Do as Part of The Role? o Define and execute a global ecosystem strategy aligned with the company's objectives and go-to-market plan o Lead initiatives that drive incremental revenue, aiming to generate $ in additional bookings through the sale of partner products and solutions o Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with equipment vendors and software providers o Lead negotiations of partnership agreements, ensuring commercial and strategic alignment o Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to drive mutual value and long-term collaboration o Define and manage ecosystem programs to foster partner engagement, co-marketing, and co-selling opportunities o Drive partner onboarding, enablement, and success through structured frameworks and regular communication o Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, legal, and finance to support partnership execution and integration
Requirements
o Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or equivalent is an advantage. o 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications/critical infrastructure/large enterprise technology environments, with at least 5 years in wireless connectivity technologies. o Proven track record in ecosystem development, strategic partnerships/alliances, or business development. o Good understanding of cellular networks (e.g., LTE, 5G), fixed wireless access technologies, networking and IOT devices/sensors technologies and network architectures of public and private networks. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. o Ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization. o Highly articulate and persuasive in English (both verbal and written).
