SAP MM Lead

We're looking for an SAP Workstream Expert - Purchasing (MM) to join the Global IT team at a leading multinational company headquartered in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The company is undergoing a major digital transformation and is implementing SAP S/4HANA Greenfield across 47 countries and 90 entities, with full internal leadership of the program., * Lead SAP strategy and roadmap for MM modules (Purchasing, Procurement, Material & Supplier Master Data).

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for global SAP projects and deployments.
• Define and implement vision and strategy within SAP MM aligned with Fluidra's IT roadmap.
• Act as key contact for compañía interesadas (BPOs) and IT teams.
• Oversee application support, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

• 7+ years of experience in SAP, including S/4HANA implementations and rollouts.
• Proven leadership in large, multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and integration.
• Experience in Purchasing and Logistics within industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent communication and interesados management skills.
