SAP MM Lead

We´re looking for an SAP Workstream Expert - Purchasing (MM) to join the Global IT team at a leading multinational company headquartered in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The company is undergoing a major digital transformation and is implementing SAP S/4HANA Greenfield across 47 countries and 90 entities, with full internal leadership of the program.

Lead SAP strategy and roadmap for MM modules (Purchasing, Procurement, Material & Supplier Master Data). Act as Subject Matter Expert for global SAP projects and deployments. Define and implement vision and strategy within SAP MM aligned with Fluidra´s IT roadmap. Act as key contact for interested companies (BPOs) and IT teams. Oversee application support, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal Profile: 7+ years of experience in SAP, including S/4HANA implementations and rollouts. Proven leadership in large, multinational environments. Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and integration. Experience in Purchasing and Logistics within industrial/manufacturing sectors. Excellent communication and interested management skills.
