SAP Project Manager - S/4HANA - Madrid

TalentBank Technology is partnering with a global organisation to engage an experienced SAP Project Manager to support a major S/4HANA transformation programme across the Iberia region. This is an initial 12-month contract based onsite in Madrid.

The programme forms part of a wider global ERP transformation, focused on deploying a global S/4HANA template supported by SPOKE system integrations and delivering an end-to-end digital supply chain capability, including integration with Blue Yonder planning and supply chain optimisation solutions.

The successful consultant will play a key role in delivering the template rollout across the Iberia cluster (Spain, Portugal, and the Canary Islands), ensuring alignment with global standards while managing local regulatory, operational, and business requirements. This role will operate within a complex multi-vendor environment involving global programme teams, regional business leadership, systems integrators, and third-party supply chain technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of regional workstreams supporting the rollout of the global S/4HANA template across the Iberia cluster.
• Manage project planning, delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies across SAP, integration, and supply chain technology workstreams, including Blue Yonder integration.
• Act as the primary point of contact between global programme leadership and Iberia business stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery across SPOKE system integrations, ensuring data, process, and interface readiness for deployment.
• Drive successful execution through testing, deployment, go-live, and stabilisation phases.

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects within complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrable track record working on global template deployments or multi-country ERP rollout programmes.
• Strong experience managing integration-heavy environments, ideally including supply chain or planning solutions such as Blue Yonder (or similar).
• Experience working within global programme governance structures, coordinating regional and central stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and IT leadership.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes within SAP-driven environments.
• Experience working with systems integrators and multi-vendor delivery models.
