We have an exciting opportunity to support IT service management activities using ITSM tools in a dynamic and international environment. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with initial experience in IT support and a strong interest in process improvement and automation. RESPONSABILITIES: * Provide functional and operational support using ITSM tools such as Jira, Confluence and/or ServiceNow. * Support incident, request and change management processes. * Collaborate with internal teams to document processes and improve service workflows. * Assist in tool configuration, reporting and basic process optimization. * Support continuous improvement initiatives related to IT service delivery. KEY REQUIREMENTS: * +2 years of experience as an IT Consultant or IT Support professional. * Hands-on experience working with ITSM tools (Jira/Confluence and/or ServiceNow). *

Basic understanding of IT service management processes. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. NICE TO HAVE * Knowledge or exposure to Power Automate and Power Apps. * Basic experience with Power BI or data visualization tools. * Interest in automation, reporting and process optimization. * Experience working in international or structured IT environments. * Location: FULLREMOTE * Schedule: flexible.
