Like… a lot. The real question is: what is it trying to tell us and what should we do about it? If you enjoy turning messy inputs into clean insights, building dashboards people actually open, and asking the "wait… does this number even make sense?" questions, you'll feel right at home at CELUM. We're looking for a Data Analyst who helps us spot trends early, challenge assumptions, and make better decisions across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
Here's what you'll take ownership of in this role:
- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various sources to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Perform statistical analysis and interpret trends to optimize processes and improve performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards and regulations.
- Support the implementation of data-driven strategies and contribute to predictive modeling projects.
Requirements
Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with statistical methods and predictive analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).

An annual salary of at least EUR 80,000 if all requirements are met (higher salary is possible if requirements are exceeded).
