Tasks

• Lead SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects with autonomy.

• Analyze and design efficient SAP HCM processes.

• Conduct client training and develop strong relationships., * Flexible working hours and a modern workplace in the top location "The Circle" or in Bern directly at the train station (PostParc)

• Your task is the conceptual preparation and implementation of SAP HXM consulting projects in the areas of HCM Core and SuccessFactors

• You analyze and design efficient processes in SAP HCM/HXM and are responsible for the technical implementation

• With your expertise in SAP HCM, combined with SuccessFactors know-how, you quickly take on project and application responsibility

• Your commitment is required in independently conducting training sessions for customers and prospects

• You develop existing customer relationships and build new ones

• Experience in project management and excellent communication skills.

• Strong customer-oriented and business approach.

• Fluency in German and English is essential., * Ideally, you have know-how in leading and organizing (partial) projects

• In addition to strong communication skills in German and English, you also demonstrate high social competence
