Job description

  • Drive Insight: Use advanced statistical techniques to transform raw data into clear, actionable business strategies.
  • Model Intelligence: Deploy statistical models to automate and optimize decision-making processes.
  • Shape the Roadmap: Partner with Product teams to forecast ROI and prioritize high-impact features.
  • Experiment at Scale: Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.
  • Take the Lead: Act as the primary data partner for a dedicated business vertical, owning the analytics lifecycle from end to end.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Experimentation Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of A/B testing and the underlying statistics (Hypothesis testing, Power, Significance, and Effect Size).

  • Technical Stack: High proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (preferably Python) for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
  • Full-Cycle Data Science: Experience navigating the entire project lifecycle-from identifying the business problem to getting stakeholder buy-in.
  • Predictive Modeling: A proven track record of using predictive analytics to solve real-world business challenges.
  • Strategic Communicator: Ability to distill complex statistical concepts into clear, "so-what" insights for non-technical partners.
  • Advanced Quantitative Degree: Masters or PhD in a quantitative field (Economics, CS, Physics, Math, etc.).
