Job description
You will provide high level business and administrative support to the Long Marston site leadership team. Your work will help ensure the site operates efficiently, professionally and in line with company processes.
This role sits at the centre of site coordination. You will manage management schedules, support financial administration, coordinate new starter onboarding and act as a key contact for internal teams, visitors and events. You will play an important role in maintaining corporate presentation and operational organisation across the site., * Coordinate management team diaries, schedules and meeting arrangements
- Support site event planning and facilities bookings
- Prepare reports, presentations and management documentation
- Provide administrative support to senior management including email and communication management
- Facilitate meetings including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking
- Act as the main contact for internal and external visitors to site
- Support stakeholder and VIP visits ensuring requirements are delivered
- Maintain site corporate presentation and professional standards
- Manage invoicing processes in line with customer contracts and agreed rates
- Monitor expenditure and maintain budget tracking records
- Raise and process purchase requisitions in line with company procedures
- Coordinate payroll information for site based employees
- Manage onboarding activities including inductions, site access and equipment setup
- Manage stock levels of PPE, stationery and site consumables
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a Business Support Manager or similar role
- Experience managing confidential financial and operational information
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across multiple levels
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
- Experience supporting senior management teams

- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams
- High attention to detail
- Experience working within operational or engineering environments
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
