Data Insights Lead

This newly created role represents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious candidate to drive the evolution of an organisations data strategy and analytics capability. You will lead the development of data solutions, optimise mission-critical Power BI reporting, enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 data integrity, and oversee API integrations across a complex ecosystem of internal and third-party applications. As the successful applicant you will act as the subject matter expert for data strategy, lead and deliver end-to-end data transformation projects and provide day-to-day line management and mentorship for the existing data team. Enhance existing Power BI dashboards and develop new advanced reports that deliver clear, actionable insights, own data governance, and quality within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. Design scalable data models and implement robust ETL processes. Develop and maintain APIs and data interfaces to strengthen connectivity across platforms.

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record as a data professional including experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing modules, Power BI Dashboards and building scalable data architectures and ETL pipelines. Knowledge of SQL, Turbo C, and Python, with experience in API design and data integration would be desirable. The ideal candidate will have experience working within financial services preferably linked to financial product sales and post-sales activities. Previous experience managing or mentoring a small team is beneficial, excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with senior management and business stakeholders in essential.
