Our growing client are a specialist software company. There are multiple roles available for a new team based out of their NI office. In this exciting role, you will provide expert technical support for their specialist platform., * Handle high-priority support cases with appropriate urgency and professionalism

Troubleshoot and support web applications

Write and optimize SQL queries to investigate customer issues and analyse platform behaviour

Monitor and respond to support tickets within established SLA guidelines
Requirements

Strong customer service skills

Strong SQL proficiency

Understanding of web technologies e.g
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Browser Developer Tools

Experience of working in the FS Sector and/or Financial applications is desirable

Some exposure to Messaging would be advantageous but not essential
