Job description

This is a varied, hands-on support role where no two days look the same. You'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing both remote support and on-site assistance to customers. From troubleshooting desktop issues to supporting core infrastructure services, you'll play a key part in keeping customer systems stable, secure, and productive., * Provide technical support to customers remotely and on site

  • Diagnose and resolve desktop, server, and network issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 environments and core infrastructure services
  • Assist with user administration and system configuration
  • Use RMM and remote support tools to manage and resolve tickets
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and ticket records
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused service at all times

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Technical support?, * Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments (Windows 10/11)

  • Working knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025)
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP support
  • Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, WAN, WLAN, NAT, VPN, DNS)
  • Basic router and switch configuration
  • Experience using remote support and RMM tools
  • Backup and restore technologies (VM, bare metal, cloud)
  • Security fundamentals including EDR, AV, patching, malware removal
  • Good documentation and record-keeping practices, * Clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Proactive and well organised
  • Professional and confident with customers on calls and on site

Certifications & Requirements (Minimum)

  • CompTIA A+
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
  • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential), * Technical support: 1 year (required)
