Job description

This role will be available to start April 2026., Were looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in shaping investment decisions across our property portfolio. Youll ensure our property data is accurate, reliable and meaningful, producing high-quality analysis and reports that support financial planning, asset performance and long-term investment strategies.

Working closely with colleagues across the Property team, you`ll help maintain robust data systems that ensure our homes are safe, meet the GreenSquareAccord standard, and support our journey towards net zero carbon.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and turning insight into action all while making a real social impact.

What you`ll be doing

Supporting investment planning and the development of annual programmes of planned repairs.

Refreshing and maintaining the Long-Term Investment Financial Plan through accurate data collation and validation.

Producing asset, performance, financial and energy efficiency reports using data from multiple systems.

Supporting delivery of stock condition and energy survey programmes, including performance tracking and reporting.

Maintaining high-quality property data, ensuring databases are clean, accurate and up to date.

Preparing monthly KPI reports and ad-hoc analysis to support asset and investment decisions.

Supporting corporate property data projects and wider strategic asset management initiatives.

Working collaboratively with internal teams, external partners and residents to support data-led outcomes

Requirements

Do you have experience in Power BI?, Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Excel and Power BI

Highly organised, methodical and accurate, with excellent attention to detail

Experience managing and maintaining data sets and producing clear reports

Ability to interpret financial information and understand variances

Confident communicator, able to work with a wide range of stakeholders

Self-motivated, able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
