Job description
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting IT issues across various hardware and software systems
- Resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner
- Working with both internal and external teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems
Requirements
- Previous experience within an IT Support setting
- Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365
- Familiarisation with Networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Providing excellent customer service, whether remote or face-to-face
