Job description

This role contributes to a programme that maintains and evolves enterprise content and collaboration platforms, including document management, publishing, workflow, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities. The objective is to ensure these services remain stable, secure, and fit for purpose while adapting to evolving user needs and technology changes. Work is delivered within a governed service and change framework, emphasizing quality, documentation, testing, and controlled deployment of fixes, enhancements, and improvements across the full application lifecycle., * Plan, design, and execute manual and automated testing activities, including system, integration, and regression testing, across Content Collaboration Capabilities.

  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring coverage across supported SharePoint versions and environments.
  • Implement and execute automated test suites using Microsoft Playwright or equivalent frameworks.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including defect tracking and test reporting.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps and the Purchaser's ITSM ticketing systems.
  • Support release readiness by validating fixes, patches, and enhancements prior to deployment.
  • Contribute to test-related documentation, including test evidence, known issues, and user-facing guidance where required.

  • Technical and user guide creation
  • Sprint-based testing in Agile environments
  • Agile Scrum methodology
  • ITIL v4 framework knowledge
  • Knowledge of Content Collaboration Capabilities
  • Evidence of two Application Testing projects delivered in last three years
