Job description
As a RevOps Engineer / AI Automation (all genders), you will have a high impact on Sales efficiency and decision-making by building tools that go beyond native CRM capabilities. You'll take end-to-end ownership - from scoping and UX to data, automations, and rollout - using our modern GTM stack with low-code apps, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-tool automation.
You'll work in close collaboration with Sales Leadership and RevOps, delivering visible outcomes on retention, pipeline quality, and overall GTM productivity. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving real-world problems and seeing immediate results.
In this role, the annual target salary ranges between 57.000 - 85.000 € and will be determined following the technical interview process.

- Build and evolve internal tools for Sales & Marketing (scoring, prioritization, triggers, monitoring)
- Implement automations (Sheets workflows, n8n/Zapier-like flows) to remove manual steps
- Leverage AI-enabled tooling and effective prompting to accelerate development
- Create clean, intuitive interfaces that simplify workflows for sales users
- Partner with GTM Strategy to translate user needs into clear requirements

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B data, RevOps, or product/internal tooling roles, with strong SQL and advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/web app frameworks, Git, JavaScript, Python, or similar
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM expertise and solid understanding of B2B sales processes
- Experience building automations/workflows and integrating AI features to speed up development
- Builder mindset with end-to-end ownership - from data analysis to UX, rollout, and iteration
- Strong communicator in English and German (minimum C1), proactive with stakeholders, comfortable in agile, fast-paced setups
- Pragmatic, outcome-driven, and focused on delivering results efficiently.
