Data Architect - Banking

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect / Consultant to analyze and harmonize customer master data requirements across multiple European countries. The role focuses on analysis, solution design, and sustainable data architecture with a strong MDM and governance focus.

Aufgaben

• Analyze customer master data requirements across multiple countries
• Identify overlaps and gaps between existing and target solutions
• Perform an independent "fresh eyes" review of current functionalities
• Compare modern solutions with legacy systems and surrounding ecosystems
• Develop concrete, actionable solution proposals (attributes, workflows, risks)
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders
• Support the definition of a long-term data architecture and governance model

• Several years of experience as a Business Data Architect or IT Consultant
• Proven track record in international or cross-country projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Solid experience in customer master data or data management
• Good understanding of legacy systems and modern target architectures
• Ability to deliver practical, implementable results (not just slide decks)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
