Job description

From your first days in the role, you will become the storyteller and voice of our CRM product for stakeholders across the business. You will work closely with commercial and functional teams to understand how they engage with customers today, and where smart digital journeys can make a real difference. Together with IT business analysts, you will translate these needs into a clear, well organised backlog in Jira, always keeping the product vision and user experience in sight. Sprint by sprint, you will guide an agile delivery team, answering questions, refining user stories and making confident decisions so that the right features are built at the right time. You will join ceremonies, review demos and test new functionality, stepping into a pre production environment to see how the application behaves in real life before it goes live. As releases roll out, you will help plan testing, training and change management, making sure colleagues know what is coming and feel supported as they adopt new ways of working. You will stay close to the data, ideally using tools such as Power BI to spot trends and new opportunities, and you will define the activities needed to keep the product healthy day to day so that our CRM continues to evolve with the needs of our users.

Requirements

Success in this role means you are seen as the trusted go to person for our CRM product, able to balance business priorities, technical constraints and user experience while keeping delivery moving. You are comfortable leading through influence, bringing clarity when there are many voices and turning complex requirements into simple, actionable stories for your team. To thrive here, you will bring

  • Solid experience in a Product Owner or similar role, ideally around five years or more, with a strong track record of delivering digital or CRM products in an agile environment.
  • Deep, hands on experience with Salesforce CRM, plus confident use of Jira for managing backlogs, user stories and agile ceremonies. These are core must haves for the role.
  • Experience working with data and analytics, ideally including Power BI, using insights to shape product decisions and to measure the impact of new features.
  • Fluent English, with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders, explain your decisions clearly and build strong relationships across business and IT.
  • A collaborative, curious mindset and the willingness to work in a hybrid pattern from our Barcelona office, engaging in person with your team and stakeholders on a regular basis.
