Lead Devops

As a Lead Devops (all genders) , you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what's possible. You will design, build, and operate scalable cloud platforms for digital and e-commerce environments. You will play a key role in defining DevOps architecture, ensuring reliable deployments, and maintaining high availability for customer-facing systems.

• Comfortable designing and operating complex DevOps architectures
• Experienced in high-availability, high-traffic digital environments
• Proactive in troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborative and able to work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams

Role responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud-native and DevOps architectures
• Operate and scale Kubernetes (GKE) environments
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Manage container images and artifacts using Harbor
• Implement autoscaling and performance optimization strategies
• Release and developer support, troubleshooting, and RCA
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure platform stability and security

• Advanced DevOps and cloud engineering experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with GKE and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins)
• Solid knowledge of containerization and artifact management
• Proven troubleshooting and incident management skills
• Experience in DevOps architecture and system design, * Experience with observability tools
• Background in digital or e-commerce platforms
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Helm)
• Strong collaboration mindset and continuous improvement focus
