OpenShift Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Infrastructure Engineer to join a high-performing technology environment supporting critical enterprise platforms. This role will play a key part in ensuring infrastructure availability, security, and performance across a complex, regulated landscape., You will be responsible for managing and optimising Red Hat OpenShift infrastructure, ensuring it operates to the highest standards of availability, performance, and compliance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business and security requirements into scalable, secure infrastructure solutions., * Manage, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Red Hat OpenShift infrastructure

• Administer Storage Servers and SAN Switches
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of OpenShift environments
• Manage infrastructure changes via automation platforms
• Apply and maintain security policies and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement business, security, and networking requirements

• 5+ years' experience in OpenShift administration
• Strong experience across the full lifecycle: design, build, operation, and optimisation of OpenShift platforms
• Solid knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Storage Servers
• Strong understanding of infrastructure services and networking topologies
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Collaborative team player mindset
