As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be at the centre of a cutting-edge ERP implementation, guiding cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and shaping the future of enterprise systems., * Lead the discovery phase of the ERP project, collaborating with Solution Integrators and stakeholders to develop strategic plans
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure project deliverables are met
- Facilitate effective communication across teams, keeping all parties informed and aligned
- Capture stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
- Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, progress reports, and risk assessments
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale ERP projects, ideally with Workday or similar financial systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Skilled in project governance, budgeting, RAID logs, and reporting
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating complex project phases
