IT Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Field Service IT Engineer to join our growing team to assist in covering jobs on the South of England / Greater London area. This role involves providing on-site technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving IT issues, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and securely., * Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment
• Diagnose and resolve issues relating to desktops, laptops, servers, and networks
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and system networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
• Escalate complex issues where necessary and work closely with internal teams
• Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience in an IT support or field service role

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Strong networking knowledge (routers, switches, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software faults efficiently
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and time-management skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
• Familiarity with backup solutions and antivirus systems
• Knowledge of VoIP systems or cloud platforms
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft)
