Job description
STYLIDEAS / STYLPRO is seeking a highly capable Mechatronics Engineer to support our growing product development team. You'll be hands-on with testing, product validation, troubleshooting, and supplier engagement. You'll work closely with our existing engineering leadership and overseas partners in Shenzhen on consumer-tech and beauty tech devices such as LED masks and other battery-powered devices and other electronics., * Assist the development of new Beauty Tech Products. Product Design. CAD design concepts.
- Test and evaluate new products and prototypes received from suppliers.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and help refine PCB/firmware issues.
- Work with Shenzhen partners to validate hardware and software designs and resolve issues during development and production.
- Support product compliance testing (functional, safety, regulatory).
- Interpret/evaluate schematics, PCBs, ICs, LEDs, power stages, controllers, battery systems (Li-ion).
- Work across mechanical and electrical domains
- Conduct hands-on product lab testing, measurement, and documentation.
- Generate test reports, raise improvement recommendations, and assist in production issue resolution.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Mechanical knowledge?, * Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.
- 2-5 years industry experience in electronics or mechatronics product design/test.
- Comfortable with voltage/current measurements, power electronics, PCB understanding, measurements using Oscilloscope.
- Experience with small electronics; understanding of battery (Li-ion) safety and behavior.
- CAD experience (mechanical & electrical) and interest in physical product design.
- Attention to detail; problem solver with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills; experience coordinating with offshore suppliers is a plus.
- A proactive, structured approach to testing and documentation.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with China-based engineering teams or suppliers.
- Knowledge of relevant compliance standards (CE/UKCA etc.).
- Familiarity with assembly & manufacturing issues.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
