Product Owner

As Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning and evolving multiple product roadmaps, working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams to define priorities and ensure value is delivered consistently.

You will lead discovery activities, shape requirements, and guide delivery teams through agile product development. The role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and the ability to balance client needs with platform strategy.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing outcomes, and delivering products that customers genuinely value., * Use established product techniques to collaborate with current/prospective clients to understand, anticipate and define their product requirements.

• Identify opportunities to expand the current product ecosystem.
• Undertaking business requirements to define the roadmap with clients.
• Creating, prioritising, and refining requirements using discovery and data to drive your decisions.
• Have a high-level understanding of the potential commercial impacts of those requirements.
• Be a champion of the user throughout the discovery/definition phase.
• Collaborate with various internal departments and senior stakeholder to ensure product needs and impacts are fully formed.
• Communicate product requirements effectively with both cross functional delivery teams, senior stakeholders and external clients' problems, opportunities, and decisions.
• Manage Multiple roadmaps for internal and external clients, identifying opportunities for reuse.
• Influence and effective prioritisation of work requests.
• Support the delivery team by removing internal or external blockers.
• Manage client expectations.
• Champion and influence internal/external clients on agile style product discovery/delivery.

Do you have experience in Jira?, You are a proactive and collaborative Product Owner who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across technical and non-technical teams. You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and clients, translating business challenges into structured product requirements.

You bring strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and a user-first mindset. You're equally confident running discovery workshops, refining backlogs, supporting delivery teams, and managing expectations at executive level. You're motivated by building meaningful digital products and continuously improving how they're delivered.

Your Experience

• A proven track record of working in a digital role, ideally within the health sector.
• 3 years + experience as a Product Owner (e-commerce, b2c)
• Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to manage a complex group of stakeholders.
• Experience in managing third parties, delivering outcomes, and managing critical dependencies.
• Excel in breaking down complex problems in solvable pieces.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies.
• A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love.
• Working knowledge of agile development methodologies; experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Experience launching multiple digital products.
• Experience of setting and managing expectations at the executive level.
• Experienced Business Analyst or Product Owner in the past.
• An ability to create user stories., * Product Owner: 3 years (required)
