An Education organisation are looking for an Interim HR Systems Specialist to join with immediate start. The role is to lead a HRIS implementation and configuration, alongside improve other systems and data. The organisation are based in London with a fully remote working pattern., A Interim HR Systems Specialist to:

Review and improve HR and payroll systems

Support with improving HRIS functionality, configuration and integration

Support with data cleansing, configuration and improving existing data flows

Develop HR Processes to align to the system, alongside creating process documentation, user guides and process maps

Improve HR processes and create automation
-
Support with HR systems training
-
Identify systems gaps and suggest future system improvements
Requirements
Previous HRIS implementation experience
-
Previous experience managing HR and payroll data
-
Previous experience with developing process flows, and system configuration
-
Ideally experience working within the Education space
