They are now hiring another Workday HR System Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract, to help support and enhance their existing Workday ecosystem. It's a hands-on role where you will configure processes, optimise systems and improve reporting. If you like taking ownership, enjoy variety and working in a fast-moving, agile environment, this could be a strong fit.

What you will do:

  • Build and improve custom reports.
  • Support improvement projects covering data quality, process optimisation and new implementations.
  • Estimate and prioritise configuration work.
  • Act as the first contact for system queries.
  • Support integrations with other systems.
  • Stay up to date with Workday releases and recommend relevant new features.

Requirements

  • A passion for people systems with at least one year hands-on Workday experience.
  • Able to translate functional requirements into practical system configurations.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and quality across configurations, data and process changes.
  • Confident working independently in an agile, cross-functional setup, balancing support and project work (50%/50%)
  • Clear English communication skills.
  • Other HRIS software experience is a bonus.
