Job description
- Assisting in the creation, modification, and maintenance of Group Policies to enforce settings across user devices;
- Respond to reported service incidents identifying causes and initiate resolution, collaborate with incident management team;
- VMware AppVolume: Management and deployment of AppVolumes, troubleshooting, and updates.
Desirable:
- ITIL Concepts: certification in ITIL Foundation.
Duties/role:
- Performing daily administration, troubleshooting and monitoring of VDI infrastructure instances, including the underlying virtual, application-delivery and profile infrastructure;
- Conducting installation, upgrade and configuration of existing and new VDI instances, including associated virtual and application components;
- Monitoring the performance on DEX tools, troubleshooting and continuously optimizing the existing VDI setup, including the so-called master or "golden" images.
Requirements
