  • Manage the Backlog: You draft and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain a clear and well-ordered backlog, and ensure work is always linked to the Product Goal.
  • Sync with Stakeholders: You collect input from users and data consumers, summarize feedback for prioritization, and prepare content and talking points for Sprint Reviews.
  • Track Impediments: You log issues and risks, nudge owners on their actions, follow up on dependencies, and help the team remove blockers.
  • Maintain Metrics & Reporting: You keep Jira/ADO boards up to date, maintain simple dashboards and burndown charts, and support the team's continuous improvement.
  • Grow Your Agile Skills: You deepen your Scrum and product discovery skills and practice turning complex requirements into clear, testable user stories that deliver value.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Education: You are enrolled in a university program, ideally in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.

  • IT Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.); first experience in SQL queries and Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Languages: You are fluent in English; German knowledge is beneficial.
  • Organized & Detail-oriented: You bring strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Structured & Analytical: You work in a reliable, structured, and analytical way.

Even if you do not fulfil all of the above requirements, we encourage you to apply if you believe your experience will add value to our team. You feel this could be a match?
