Job description

After personalized training, you will be integrated into the West European Commercial Excellence department, which is attached to the Performance Excellence team of Henkel West Europe, but you will be in Brussels to cover the BNL activity.

As a CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the performance of our field team of BNL by ensuring that our CRM system operates as the single source of truth for all POS commercial data.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver ongoing training to the field team on new CRM functionalities and create reference tutorials,
  • Manage and maintain CRM databases (POS, products, assortments) to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Update and maintain POS database and Henkel Products database for stability and alignment with customer data
  • Support Category Manager team to update and maintain Assortment Database.
  • Maintain Sales representative's territory and visit policy distribution.
  • Optimize reporting interface for automated tracking of field activity and KPIs.
  • Manage survey programs and user tickets on the CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers for video recognition applications and implement Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Develop and share sales performance reports for SIP tracking and support target setting.
  • Oversee IT equipment and mobile for the field team.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Higher education degree (Bachelor +4/5)

  • Expertise in CRM tools and database management for retail business models
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint)
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, and rigor
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Understanding of field team operations
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Fluent in French or Dutch would be appreciated
  • Knowledge of retail industry would be appreciated
