Job description

We are supporting a major Oracle ERP transformation and are seeking an experienced Oracle Change Lead to drive organisation-wide change, engagement and adoption across a complex environment. This is a strategic role focused on ensuring the successful embedding of new systems, processes and ways of working across the business. The Role As Oracle Change Lead, you will:

  • Lead the change strategy for a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation
  • Design and deliver structured change and engagement plans across multiple business areas
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness assessments
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships at senior and operational levels
  • Develop and deliver communications, engagement activities and workshops
  • Drive adoption and embed sustainable behavioural and cultural change
  • Coach leaders and managers to support change within their teams
  • Align change activities with the wider programme lifecycle and governance

Requirements

  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-organisational change initiatives

  • Proven delivery of comprehensive change and engagement strategies across complex organisations

  • Demonstrable experience supporting ERP or enterprise-wide system implementations (Oracle, Workday, SAP, Unit4 or similar)

  • Experience applying structured change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, APMG or equivalent)

  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement at senior and operational levels

  • Expertise in change impact assessments, readiness activities and change coaching

  • Experience delivering training or instructional support as part of system implementation Skills & Attributes

  • Strong understanding of how people experience change and how to drive adoption

  • Excellent communication and listening skills (written and verbal)

  • Confident facilitator - able to lead workshops and large group sessions

  • Ability to quickly build trust and maintain strong working relationships

  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

  • Good understanding of project and programme lifecycles

  • Flexible and adaptable within evolving programme environments

  • Passionate about the role of people and culture in successful transformation
