This role involves a blend of hands-on implementation (approximately 60% of the time) and collaborative activities, including requirement analysis with business stakeholders (about 40% of the time). What you will do
- In the context of ECM, perform requirement analysis sessions with business stakeholders, gather insights, clarify needs, and provide technical feasibility assessments and Proofs of Concept, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks, document code, processes, and system architectures for knowledge sharing, in an Agile framework such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to recommend improvements
- Document code, processes, and system architectures for knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, confirmed by 2 years of experience in IT development, with a proven track record of delivering software projects, ideally in the ECM field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving mindset for effective collaboration with non-technical stakeholders (German fluent, English is a must).
- Understanding software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and programmatic AI assistant like MS co-pilot
- Ideally have some experience with databases (MS-SQL, Mongo, Postgres), version control systems (GitHub, ADO), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) as well as programming languages such as Java, Microservices-Apache Camel, Spring Boot, Helm chart
