Senior IT System Engineer (80-100%)

• Evaluate and implement new services and systems in the cloud.

What tasks will you take on?

• Evaluate, design, and implement new services and systems (on-premise and cloud).
• Be responsible for the further development, operation, and IT security of various IT infrastructure services (e.g., servers, storage, virtualization, backup, containers).
• Take on (partial) project management of IT projects.
• Support our departments with 2nd and 3rd level support.

• Bachelor's in IT or related field; 5+ years as an IT System Engineer.
• Experience with Microsoft, VMware, VEEAM, and HPE products.
• Strong communication skills in German and English., * Have a university degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable education.
• Have worked at least 5 years as an IT System Engineer and have extensive experience with products from Microsoft, VMware, VEEAM, and HPE.
• Work in a structured, independent manner and deliver good results both conceptually and in implementation/operation.
• Can communicate well in both German and English (spoken and written).
• Have already led IT (partial) projects.
• Ideally have experience in scripting/automation.
