Job description
- Providing customer support in multiple languages, mainly in English, related to assigned audiovisual projects.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure incidents are properly escalated and resolved.
- Supporting international clients in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative tasks and technical customer support.
- Fluent written and spoken English (essential). Knowledge of other languages such as German, French or Italian is highly valued.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Experience using instant messaging tools and ticketing or project management platforms.
- A service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a structured way and handle repetitive processes with attention to detail.
