Job description
We are seeking a proactive Specialist End-to-End Sales professional to join our SME Spanish team, focusing on supporting business customers across Spain. The individual will collaborate closely with multiple business units to onboard customers, identify commercial opportunities, and manage account renewals and acquisitions across mobile, fixed, and digital solution portfolios., Systematically analyse assigned SME accounts to understand their business goals and needs.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline equivalent to four times the annual sales quota.Focus on renewals and generating new business within the customer base.Identify sales opportunities across mobile, fixed, IoT, and digital solutions including GSuite, O365 and C&H applications.Manage the onboarding of new customers and lead interactions with key decision-makers for each account.Prepare commercial P&L proposals with approvals aligned to marketing guidance or team leadership authorisation.Engage the Pre-Sales team for advanced fixed connectivity proposals.Collaborate with Contract Management for commercial formalisation.Work with Marketing and Customer Care teams on mobile and fixed renewals and acquisitions.Coordinate with Delivery and Project Management teams for fixed connectivity deployment.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales pipeline?, Able to work independently with strong ownership of responsibilities.Minimum of one year of B2B sales experience.Knowledge of the telecommunications market and industry landscape., You will deepen your expertise in B2B sales, account management, and pipeline development. You will enhance your skills in digital solution selling, fixed and mobile connectivity, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. The position also enables growth in commercial proposal management and customer lifecycle engagement.
