Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in macOS?, To be successful as a 2nd Line IT Support Technician, you will ideally have had some exposure or be proficient in the use of the following software packages and operating environments:
· IT support experience
· Windows Server (2016 - 2025)
· Windows 10 & 1 1
· Mac OSX
· GPO, DNS & DHCP
· Microsoft Exchange Online and Office 365
· Active Directory
· Hyper-V / VMWare
· Firewalls, VPN implementation and configuration
· Sophos AV and Endpoint Encryption
· Sharepoint Online
· MS Office 2010 - 2016 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Knowledge of Linux systems would be desirable.
You will be personable, and someone who takes pride in their work and can confidently organise their time.
You will be involved in both remote and on-premise support.
We're expecting you to have had at least 2-years' experience, but if you're confident you can do the job we're happy to hear from you whatever your level of experience.
A full clean driving license and your own car is essential as there will be site visits to our clients - travel expenses are paid., * Do you have Comp TIA+ or equivalent?
