Job description

Location: West Oxfordshire (commutable from Witney, Swindon, Oxford, Abingdon-on-Thames, Cheltenham) Rate: Competitive daily rate Working Pattern: Fully on-site, 5 days per week Contract Length: Initally 3 months They're seeking an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to provide user support and help maintain core IT systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, and networking
  • Troubleshoot issues with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
  • Support Active Directory, Exchange, and remote support tools
  • Work both independently and as part of a wider team
