Hexwired has partnered with a company who are a leading a leading company in the legal sector. They are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will provide 2nd-line (and complex 1st-line) technical support to clients using case management software, via phone and email. Although you will be working in a team, you should be able to work under your own steam.
Key skills required for this role:
- Experience in technical or application support within structured service environments
- Strong knowledge of on-premise systems, including Windows Server and Progress databases
- Skilled in application configuration, troubleshooting, and complex issue resolution
- Understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, ports, certificates) and system integrations/APIs
- Comfortable using ticketing systems and following support workflows (ITIL familiarity desirable)
- Experience supporting enterprise, public sector, or regulated environments
- Strong customer focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Benefits & conditions
The salary for this Technical Support Engineer role will be up to £38,000 per annum. The company are rapidly expanding and are at the forefront of their industry.
