Job description

As our support team continues to grow, we're looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Engineers to join us at our Bridgend (Waterton Park) office. We've recently moved into our own, brand-new office space - a great location and an exciting new home for the company - providing a modern, comfortable environment to work, collaborate, and grow from., This is a hands-on engineering role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting our customers remotely and on-site, working closely with the support desk, senior engineers, and project teams.

Whether you're a solid Level 2 Engineer ready to step up, or an experienced Level 3 Engineer looking for variety and progression, you'll be given the trust, support, and training to grow.

What you'll be doing:

Level 2 Engineers

  • Providing day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for our customers (remote and on-site)
  • Installing, configuring, and repairing hardware and software
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 environments and user administration
  • Assisting with network performance, security, and monitoring
  • Supporting backup solutions, VoIP systems, and endpoint protection
  • Escalating complex issues where appropriate while owning problems end-to-end

Level 3 Engineers

  • Acting as an escalation point for Level 1 & 2 engineers
  • Leading and delivering server migrations and Microsoft 365 implementations
  • Supporting onboarding of new customers and infrastructure upgrades
  • Providing IT consultancy and technical input into projects
  • Designing and implementing robust, secure solutions
  • Working closely with customers to explain solutions

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, We're looking for engineers who are technically capable, customer-focused, and great to work with.

You'll ideally have:

  • A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
  • The ability to manage your time and workload effectively
  • A team-first attitude with a willingness to learn and share knowledge

Experience:

  • Level 2 Engineers: At least 2 years of IT support experience
  • Level 3 Engineers: Demonstrated experience and ability, including project and escalation work

Technical Knowledge (desirable):

  • Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD)
  • Windows Server (2008-2022): Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, Wi-Fi
  • Firewalls & Security: Fortinet, DrayTek, SonicWall or similar
  • VPN technologies and remote access solutions
  • Virtualisation: Hyper-V, VMware
  • Storage: SAN / NAS
  • VoIP & Telecoms platforms
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions
  • PowerShell scripting

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
