- Provide excellent customer service - building rapport and identifying appropriate solutions
- Meet established Service Level Agreements on turnaround times
- Identify, troubleshoot and document user issues and fixes - working within a structured problem-management and resolution process
- Work with colleagues and occasionally with vendors, to resolve customer problems
- Maintain accurate records including timesheets
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and undertake ongoing training
- Work in our office and at customer sites
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Time management?, Do you have a GCSE?, We are a Southampton-based IT & Communications company, currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team, providing IT support to our base of small & medium sized business clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience, in a Managed Service Provider environment. All applicants will need to have a full UK driving licence and a car available for business purposes, as visits to customer sites will feature in the future. Mileage allowance is paid., Relevant experience will include:
- Microsoft software and technologies including Microsoft 365
- Windows 11, iOS and Android mobile devices and tablet versions.
- A good knowledge of hardware including laptops, PC's, printers, tablets, and smart phones
