Senior Salesforce Agentforce AI Consultant

We at BASE life science find this to be a highly motivating purpose, not least how the use of technology and data increases the potential impact of the industry exponentially., As Senior Consultant Agentforce you will be responsible for scoping and delivering Salesforce Agentforce Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to our pharma and life science customers. This can be as part of larger projects but also standalone. You will make sure, that the AI solution provied creates long term value for the customer and is not only following the hype. This role will report into our Salesforce delivery organization.

As a Senior Consultant Agentforce, you will have these responsibilities:

• Scope Salesforce AI solutions for our pharma & life science customers based on pharma & life science best practice but also agentforce best practice

• Lead the implementation of end-2-end Agentforce implementations incl agents, actions, topics, prompts, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Consult on and support on ensuring required data sources and their quality incl data 360 and other sources

• Guide & enable onshore & offshore Agentforce implementation teams

• Work with project team & Salesforce architects to ensure consistency and fit of the solution into overall busienss process and Salesforce best practices

• Provide testing approach for Agentforce and support customers in generating value out of Agentforce

• Depending on the experence: Own the overall agentforce service offering within BASE and act as Agentforce subject matter expert (SME) within BASE

• Hands on experience in implementing Salesforce Agentforce AI Stack
• Deep understanding of AI concepts & prompt building
• Deep knowledge of CRM systems especially Salesforce
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, App Builder, Agentforce specialist, Data Cloud

On top, you have the next skills:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Pharma, life sciences, or equivalent.
• Between 3-5 years' experience with the system in scope
• Experience in consulting.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Strong organizational skills together with strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills

And it will be a plus if you have this additional Skills:

• Proven experience in the Life sciences industry
• Proven experience in an AI delivery role
• Additional Salesforce certification e.g. Developer, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, ...
• Knowledge of pharma specific technology tools like Veeva, IQVIA, ...
• Training in Project management or experience in managing projects
• Training in SAFe or other Agile methods, and/or ITIL
