Job description
· Reporting to the head of the IT department and taking instruction on day-to-day requirements of the IT department
· Providing first line support within the business.
· Providing technical assistance to remote workers using PDAs and other IT equipment
· Maintaining and monitoring the organisations IT systems infrastructure in line with IT procedures.
· Responding to internal staff and 3rd parties on IT related queries/issues
· Maintaining a high level of data control, system security and integrity at all times
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, · Previous experience of working within a 1st line / 2nd line support role
· Experience with SFTP setups
· Organised and able to manage multiple priorities to short timeframes
· Comfortable with new technology and new system learning and research
· Knowledge of router configurations, networking and security
· Knowledge of Windows servers and Active Directory
· Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint
· Working knowledge of mobile devices and PDAs, * IT support: 2 years (required)
