Due to continued growth, we are recruiting 1st Line I.T Support Engineers who will be responsible for providing 1st line support to our remote clients. Ideally this is an opportunity for a recent college or university graduate to start their career in I.T with an innovative and exciting company.

The individual will be required to demonstrate to flexibility to learn new and emerging technologies.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line Support to Lithium clients via email, over the phone or via remote access technologies.
- Triage incoming tickets and action appropriately via our ticket management system.
- 1st Line troubleshooting with a good knowledge of internet, Wi-Fi and mobile technologies.
- Use, maintain and add to our knowledge base of issues to aid future problem-solving.
- Management of site documentation to ensure that it's accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Operating systems?, * Experience in Office 365.
- Experience in the installation and setup of Windows OSs & applications
- A general understanding of basic networking inc DNS & DHCP.
- Excellent knowledge of current desktop operating systems (Microsoft)
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English along with strong diagnostic skills

- Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability
- Confident and have a professional telephone manner, * Installation and setup of Windows OSs & applications: 1 year (required)
- Desktop Operating Systems (Microsoft): 2 years (required)
- understanding of basic networking including DNS & DHCP: 1 year (required)
